Responsibilities
- Set the long term vision and merchandising strategies for Women’s, Hardgoods & Accessories product categories
- Oversee a team of product management leaders executing global strategy for their product categories
- Lead creation of global product framework and assortment structure guiding merchant execution across retail, ecommerce, and wholesale
- Oversee product lifecycle and go to market process through teamwork with Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- Partner with cross functional partners in Brand Marketing, Digital, Retail and Commercial teams to bring creative vision to life
- Uphold Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor throughout supply chain
- Create and lead execution of multi year business strategies
- Contribute to holistic business evolution and serve as influential senior leadership voice on women’s strategy globally
Requirements
- Degree and 15+ years’ experience in merchandising with product led brands, including 10+ years leading a team
- Product obsessed with drive for understanding the 'why' behind new products and complete understanding of product lifecycle
- Expertise in driving strategy, line planning and line architecture
- Proven track record in developing and leading execution of multi year business strategy and collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Ability to set clear vision, align team around common objectives, and foster commitment
- Influential leader with high emotional intelligence and ability to drive alignment across diverse cross functional groups
- Strong business acumen with ability to lead in complex matrix business environment
- Proven people leadership skills and ability to build, coach and guide a diverse high performing team
- Strong understanding of outdoor apparel marketplace
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX
- As Vice President, Global Product Management you set the long term vision and strategy for Women’s, Hardgoods and Accessories product categories.
- You provide strategic and operational leadership in overseeing a team of senior leaders, accountable for driving global assortment and line plan strategy.
- You play a central role in building strategies to accelerate Women’s, Hardgoods, and Accessories business globally.
- This role is based out of North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work.
Meet Your Future Team
- The Product Line Management (PLM) team is responsible for determining and delivering the right product, at the right place, at the right time.
- PLM delivers product lines that support overall Design creative direction while driving sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity goals.
- This high performing team works closely with Design and Product Creation Development teams to bring product vision to life.

Compensation
- Salary range: USDCAD 224,000 USDCAD 336,000
- Most new team members join between start and midpoint of range
