Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX

  • The Account Manager, Strategic Sales, plays a key role in driving Arc’teryx brand awareness and sales growth through development and management of new and existing business opportunities with brand aligned partners in the professional market.
  • This is a temporary role ending September 2027, based in North Vancouver with hybrid work schedule.

Core Activities

  • Acting as the main point of contact and relationship owner for PRO Strategic accounts.
  • Responding to in season and pre season opportunities, building deep relationships.
  • Providing regular market level insights into financial performance of designated territory.
  • Understanding the mission and needs of accounts to offer solutions as a package.
  • Developing in depth, long range regional/account plans and model forecasts.
  • Collaborating with PRO leadership to build and implement dealer packages and contract management tools.
  • Fostering collaboration with Business Development and Service & Operations team.
  • Sharing account feedback and identifying pro market trends to influence product line plan.
  • Travelling to tradeshows, conferences, and events as directed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of solution based sales experience in a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP (e.g. SAP) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce) software.
  • Willing and able to travel internationally up to 15% of work hours.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities with specific deadlines.
  • Curious and proactive in identifying root cause of issues and developing solutions.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration.

Compensation

  • Salary range: CAD 71,000 CAD 93,000 per year.
