Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact and relationship owner for PRO Strategic accounts.
- Respond to in season and pre season opportunities, building deep relationships.
- Provide regular market level insights into financial performance of designated territory.
- Understand mission and needs of accounts to offer solutions as a package.
- Develop in depth, long range regional/account plans and model forecasts.
- Collaborate with PRO leadership to build and implement dealer packages and contract management tools.
- Foster collaboration with Business Development and Service & Operations team.
- Share account feedback and identify pro market trends to influence product line plan.
- Travel to tradeshows, conferences, and events as directed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of solution based sales experience in a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP (e.g. SAP) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce) software.
- Willing and able to travel internationally up to 15% of work hours.
- Confident managing multiple priorities with specific deadlines.
- Curious and proactive in identifying root cause of issues and developing solutions.
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
- Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration.

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX
- The Account Manager, Strategic Sales, plays a key role in driving Arc’teryx brand awareness and sales growth through development and management of new and existing business opportunities with brand aligned partners in the professional market.
- This is a temporary role ending September 2027, based in North Vancouver with hybrid work schedule.
Core Activities
- Acting as the main point of contact and relationship owner for PRO Strategic accounts.
- Responding to in season and pre season opportunities, building deep relationships.

Compensation
- Salary range: CAD 71,000 CAD 93,000 per year.
