The Opportunity

Serve as the primary interface for vendor relationships and drive continuous improvement of vendor performance.

Use data to manage outsourcing risks, improve business outcomes, and identify opportunities related to customer experience and financial performance.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the point of contact for vendor inquiries and resolve vendor coverage issues.
  • Analyze vendor performance data and improve metrics such as NPS, cycle time, and indemnity spend.
  • Identify savings opportunities and prepare business plans with recommendations.
  • Support vendor complaints, disputes, negotiations, SLAs, contract evaluations, and supplier governance.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and develop tools and templates for vendor strategy.
  • Monitor and escalate vendor, client, and operational risks and support mitigation.
  • Evaluate vendor relationships and contracts for value, quality, and innovation.
  • Coordinate vendor efforts and reporting during catastrophic events.
  • Drive continuous improvement and participate in client and team meetings with approximately 25% travel.

What You Will Bring

  • At least 3 years of relationship management, vendor management, account management, or similar experience.
  • French and English are an asset for verbal and written communication across Canada.
  • Property restoration experience is preferred.
  • A university degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Operational improvement or project management certification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and understanding of finance fundamentals.
  • Leadership, change management, conflict mediation, and issue-resolution capabilities.

Work Model

  • Hybrid flexible work model.
  • Participation in in-person client and team meetings requires approximately 25% travel.
