Role Purpose
Senior Associate role supporting the global Vendor Management framework across multiple countries and legal entities.
The role oversees vendor onboarding and lifecycle processes, governance, controls, data accuracy, and adoption of Group-wide standards.
Vendor Lifecycle and Controls
- Execute vendor onboarding, amendments, reactivation, periodic reviews, and offboarding.
- Coordinate documentation, approvals, declarations, business justifications, and compliance validations.
- Maintain accurate supplier records in Oracle Fusion and approved TPRM systems with complete audit trails.
- Track pending actions, resolve process gaps and exceptions, and escalate high-risk cases.
- Support vendor data cleansing, standardisation, duplicate prevention, performance monitoring, and risk-based reviews.
Global Coordination and Improvement
- Coordinate across geographies, business units, legal entities, and time zones while applying controlled local variations.
- Work with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Tax, InfoSec, Data Privacy, and TPRM teams.
- Contribute to SOPs, templates, dashboards, governance updates, reporting, system enhancements, automation, and user testing.
- Analyse onboarding volumes, turnaround time, ageing, rejections, and exceptions to recommend improvements.
