Job Purpose
Lead the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Planning landscape for a Greenfield S/4HANA implementation.
The role covers functional and technical leadership across SAP manufacturing and planning processes.
The engagement is a contract role on Dautom payroll, with potential to become a direct full-time employee after 12 months.
Compensation and Contract
- Inside-country compensation is AED 18,000 per month, or AED 19,000 for candidates with their own visa and medical coverage.
- Outside-country compensation is AED 17,000 per month, with an inward flight and six nights of accommodation.
- All benefits are self-provided unless otherwise stated.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Lead Solution Architect for PP, QM, and PM during the ECC to S/4HANA transition.
- Ensure production continuity across multi-site dairy, juice, hatchery, broiler, and feed plants.
- Re-engineer processes for agricultural and manufacturing flows, including biogas and TMR production.
- Manage WRICEF intake, functional specifications, and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
- Translate operational requirements into scalable SAP solutions with business unit heads and process owners.
- Oversee batch jobs, MRP runs, IBP integration, and system patch testing.
- Own SAP IBP Demand Planning to improve forecasting accuracy and master data alignment.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Specialized mastery in SAP PP, QM, and PM modules is essential.
- Functional expertise in SAP IBP or APO-DP demand planning.
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA Greenfield methodology and SAP Best Practices.
- 10+ years of experience in food and beverage, FMCG, or process manufacturing sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- SAP Professional Certification in SCM-related modules.
Location and Availability
- Location: Dubai.
- Immediate availability or a notice period of up to 15 days is preferred.
