- Design skills
- Site development
- Database design
- Planning
- Conceptual skills

- Problem-solving
Education, Experience, And Licensing Requirements
- Total Years of Experience- 10 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering, architectural engineering, or architecture
- PE is required for an engineer, or RA is required for an architect
- 4 to 5 years of engineering or architectural experience.
