Role Overview
Drive business growth in the Saudi market through IT staffing, staff augmentation, and recruitment solutions.
The role is based in Riyadh and focuses on IT staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients across enterprise, government, BFSI, telecom, and technology sectors.
- Develop relationships with CXOs, CIOs, HR, procurement, and technology decision-makers.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings through proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Promote IT staffing, contract staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO, and workforce solutions.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline and client portfolio in Riyadh and KSA.
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfil client manpower requirements.
- Prepare RFPs, RFQs, proposals, commercial offers, and presentations.
- Achieve revenue, sales, and new-client acquisition targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging staffing opportunities.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in business development or sales within IT staffing, recruitment, staff augmentation, or IT services.
- Strong Saudi/KSA market experience with an established client network.
- Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
