Role Overview

Lead end-to-end delivery of a marketplace project in Abu Dhabi.

Define objectives, KPIs, scope, deliverables, budgets, risks, execution plans, and stakeholder handover.

Project Initiation and Planning

  • Define project objectives, KPIs, scope, purpose, and deliverables.
  • Develop a project charter to formalize authorization.
  • Create detailed plans for tasks, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, communications, and quality.
  • Manage the project budget.

Execution and Control

  • Coordinate people and resources to implement the project plan.
  • Monitor tasks, activities, risks, issues, quality, KPIs, and project performance.
  • Establish decision-making, escalation, and conflict-resolution processes.
  • Manage changes to scope, objectives, schedules, and costs.
  • Use project data to support informed decisions.

Closure and Requirements Oversight

  • Complete deliverables, obtain acceptance, close contracts, and release resources.
  • Conduct project reviews, document lessons learned, and hand over to clients or stakeholders.
  • Support requirements elicitation, prioritization, documentation, validation, traceability, approval, baselining, and monitoring.
  • Use digital tools for scheduling, collaboration, and communication.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Marketplace, platform, or technology project experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, budget, risk, quality, and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.

Workplace

  • The role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi.
