Role Overview
Dautom is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Saudi market through IT staffing, staff augmentation, and recruitment solutions.
The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on business development within IT staffing and staff augmentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients across enterprise, government, BFSI, telecom, and technology sectors.
- Develop relationships with CXOs, CIOs, HR, procurement, and technology decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Promote IT staffing, contract staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO, and workforce solutions.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline and client portfolio in Riyadh and KSA.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams for timely fulfilment.
- Prepare RFPs, RFQs, proposals, commercial offers, and presentations.
- Achieve revenue, sales, and new-client acquisition targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging staffing opportunities.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of business-development or sales experience in IT staffing, recruitment, staff augmentation, or IT services.
- Strong Saudi or KSA market experience with an established client network.
- Proven track record in new-client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of contract staffing and IT recruitment solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience working with enterprise and government clients is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
