Create prototypes, conduct usability testing, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
User research and UX design
- Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, goals, and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and develop personas, journey maps, and user scenarios where required.
- Design information architecture, user flows, navigation structures, and interaction patterns.
- Translate business and user requirements into wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Ensure designs follow usability and accessibility best practices.
Wireframing, UI, and testing
- Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.
- Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Maintain consistency across layouts, components, typography, and visual elements.
- Plan and conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into design iterations.
Development and stakeholder collaboration
- Collaborate with front-end developers and consider technical constraints during design.
- Apply HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies where required.
- Review developed interfaces against approved designs and provide UI/UX feedback.
- Work with product managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders throughout delivery.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design reviews, workshops, and sprint activities.
Design improvement
- Evaluate existing interfaces and identify opportunities for usability and visual improvements.
- Follow current UI/UX trends and industry best practices.
- Contribute to improving design processes and standards across products.
Required experience
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
- Strong experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Experience with information architecture and user flows.
- Working knowledge of front-end development technologies.
- Experience collaborating with product, business, and development teams.
Education and competencies
- A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Key competencies include user-centered design, creative problem solving, analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, design thinking, and usability focus.
