Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, product managers, and developers.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements for digital products and services.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups.
- Design navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, widgets, and other interface elements.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Ensure interfaces are accessible, responsive, and compliant with government standards.
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, techniques, technologies, and government best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience with UI/UX design for digital products and services.
- Ability to create design artifacts including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups.
- Knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, and government interface standards.
