Required Technical Skills and Experience
- Minimum eight years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development and solutioning experience.
- Experience across the full development lifecycle, including customization, configuration, and C#/.NET plugin and workflow development.
- Strong working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Experience with REST/OData APIs, SOAP web services, and Azure services for hybrid on-premises and cloud scenarios.
- Experience migrating data between legacy and Dynamics 365 environments.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, source control, and work-item tracking.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Government or public-sector CRM or case-management implementation experience is preferred, ideally within the GCC.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and SharePoint-based collaboration platforms is advantageous.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred, including MB-210, MB-220, MB-400, MB-600, or MB-700, or equivalent.
- Candidates based within the UAE are preferred.
Project and Operational Support
- Deliver CRM projects in the social welfare sector.
- Provide operational BAU support for the CRM platform.
- Support SWP AI use cases.
