Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Nutanix AHV, hybrid cloud, and on-premise-to-cloud migration.
Experience and Expertise
- Experience with Nutanix AHV, hybrid cloud, and on-premise-to-cloud migration is required.
- The role requires expertise across Nutanix infrastructure, cloud migration, disaster recovery, automation, and ITIL operations.
Key Skills
- Nutanix AHV and HCI.
- Prism Element and Prism Central.
- On-premise-to-cloud migration using lift-and-shift or parallel-build approaches.
- Nutanix Cloud Platform (NC2).
- Disaster recovery, including RPO and RTO.
- Infrastructure automation and scripting.
- ITIL change and incident management.
Responsibilities
- Support and deliver on-premise-to-cloud migration activities using lift-and-shift or parallel-build approaches.
- Manage and operate Nutanix AHV and HCI environments through Prism Element and Prism Central.
- Work with the Nutanix Cloud Platform and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Implement or support disaster recovery planning based on RPO and RTO objectives.
- Develop or use infrastructure automation and scripting to support infrastructure operations.
