Lead multiple implementation and support engagements for Oracle CC&B, Oracle MDM, and Oracle C2M.
Provide techno-functional leadership, sustainable solutions, and technical guidance across utility systems.
Oracle Utilities Expertise
- Work across rates, billing, payments, meter management, credit and collections, case management, and new connections.
- Apply Oracle MDM capabilities including scalar and interval data, VEE rules, device management, usage management, TOU, IMD, XML formats, device events, and remote connect or disconnect.
- Use hands-on OUAF development and deployment experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead client requirement discussions and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Review and approve HLDs, LLDs, custom programs, configurations, and unit test cases.
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, automation initiatives, and system improvements.
- Mentor technical teams across development, testing, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Expertise in Oracle CC&B, Oracle MDM, and Oracle C2M implementations and support engagements.
- Strong knowledge of utility modules including rates, billing, payments, meter management, credit and collections, case management, and new connections.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle MDM functionality, including scalar and interval data, VEE rules, device management, usage management, TOU, IMD, XML formats, device events, and remote connect or disconnect.
- Hands-on experience with OUAF development and deployments.
- Ability to lead client requirement discussions and provide sustainable solutions.
