Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and govern integrated test plans covering SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security, operational acceptance, payroll reconciliation, and Oracle quarterly release testing.
• Coordinate business, IT, implementation-partner, internal application, and third-party integration teams.
• Manage test readiness, environments, test data, test scripts, requirements traceability, and execution.
• Manage defect triage, entry and exit criteria, evidence, reporting, quality gates, and phase signoffs.
• Drive risk-based testing and business-critical end-to-end scenarios.
• Drive test automation, metrics, executive reporting, and release-readiness decisions.
• Ensure consistent testing governance across Oracle Cloud applications, custom solutions, interfaces, reports, and integrated systems.
