Salesforce Cms Theming Specialist (Ui And Ux Focus)

Overview
We are looking for a specialist with strong experience in theming and UI customisation within enterprise CMS/CRM environments, specifically SAP and Salesforce.
The role will focus on adapting and aligning an existing design system to create a cohesive, branded user interface across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply and customise theming within SAP and/or Salesforce CMS environments
- Translate brand guidelines (e.g. light blue / white “vanilla” theme) into consistent UI implementation
- Align and standardise UI elements across multiple system views and custom screens
- Ensure consistency of layout, spacing, and component behaviour across different modules
- Work with existing design systems and extend them where needed
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement UI changes via configuration and/or custom code
- Support the creation of custom views and ensure visual alignment across the system
Key Requirements
- Experience working with SAP solutions and/or Salesforce CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of CMS theming and UI customisation in enterprise systems
- Ability to work with existing design systems and component libraries
- Good understanding of front-end principles (layout, alignment, responsiveness)
- Experience working alongside developers on custom-coded UI components
- Ability to bridge design and technical implementation
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with design systems in enterprise environments
- Exposure to CRM workflows and user journeys
- Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JS)
Profile
This role leans toward a hybrid of UI/UX and technical implementation.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable working within structured enterprise systems and translating design intent into practical, scalable UI solutions.
