- Drive delegate sales revenue through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels
- Identify and prospect potential delegates within target industries and markets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial contact through to conversion
- Understand event content, speakers, and value propositions to effectively sell delegate passes
- Develop relationships with senior executives, decision makers, and industry professionals
- Achieve individual weekly, monthly, and event specific sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales performance within the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and conference production teams to improve lead generation and delegate acquisition
- Conduct regular follow ups with prospects and manage objections effectively
- Provide market feedback and insights to support event growth and audience development
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in delegate sales, telesales, B2B sales, exhibitions, conferences, or similar environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Confident in outbound prospecting and engaging senior level professionals
- Commercially driven, proactive, and results oriented
- Experience using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, target driven environment
