Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within CRM, customer data, platform, or systems products
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong understanding of customer data models, integrations, APIs, and data governance
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive organisational change
- Comfortable working with technical teams on data architecture, workflows, and platform integrations
