- Support the development of Dubai's future economic cluster strategy
- Assess existing free zones and evaluate their alignment with targeted economic clusters

- Benchmark international economic clusters and best practices
- Build strategic recommendations and operating models
- Develop executive level presentations and reports for senior government stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Contribute to overall programme strategy and delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in strategy consulting
- Experience delivering strategy engagements for government or public sector clients
- Experience in economic development, industrial strategy, cluster strategy, or national transformation programmes
- Strong analytical, research, financial modelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent PowerPoint/storytelling and executive communication skills
- Previous experience with an MBB or Tier 2 strategy consultancy

Strategy Consultant
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Duration: 3 month initial contract with extensions
- Join a government strategy programme assessing existing free zones and industry ecosystems, defining priority growth sectors, and developing strategic recommendations to strengthen Dubai's long term economic competitiveness.
