- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals
- Provide guidance to development teams on UI implementation
- Contribute to user research and usability testing
- Manage own design projects from concept to final delivery
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of blended UI UX experience
- Experience working in a bank or fintech environment is a MUST
- Proficiency in design tools like Miro, Sketch or Figma
- Experience creating wireframes, sitemaps, interaction flows, and prototypes
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams

Role Overview
- Role Title: UI UX Designer
- Location: On site role in Abu Dhabi (4 days on site, 1 day work from home)
- Contract: 5 months duration (might be extended)
- Job Purpose: Contribute to the user experience and interface design process for digital products, ensuring that user interactions are intuitive, seamless, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design the structure and flow of websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, sitemaps, and interaction flows to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless interaction.
- Take a hands on approach to the development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications based on the provided design system.
- Create high quality visual designs, mockups, and prototypes to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Create low fidelity and high fidelity prototypes using tools like Miro, Sketch or Figma.
- Translate the wireframes into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Directly create and iterate UI components, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship in all visual and interactive elements.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers to ensure the final product aligns with both user needs and business goals.
- Act as an advocate for the user within cross functional teams.
- Provide guidance to development teams on UI implementation.
- Continually improve UX/UI design processes to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of blended UI UX experience
- Experience working in a bank or fintech environment is a MUST
