About the Role
Redstone Private Banking Search is seeking a Treasury Specialist at Associate Director/Director level for a Global Bank in Dubai. The role involves selling Capital Markets Product Solutions including Structured Products, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and Equities to the Retail/Priority Banking segment.

Responsibilities
- Sell full Capital Markets Product Solutions to the Retail/Priority Banking segment
- Meet assigned targets and contribute to Capital Markets Product Solutions budgets on Structured Notes, Fixed Income, Forex and Equities related products
- Proactively engage with Relationship Managers in marketing Capital Markets Product Solutions products and enhancing business turnover and profitability
- Strengthen retail clients’ customer base product penetration in the Capital Markets Product Solutions product suite
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of relevant working and sales experience in treasury sales covering Retail/Priority Banking segment
- Strong aptitude for sales, business prospects management and deal closure
- Extensive knowledge of financial markets products such as Structured Products, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and Equities

- Redstone Private Banking Search are currently working with a Global Bank in Dubai, who are looking to onboard a Treasury Specialist at Associate Director / Director level.
Your profile and your mission
- 5 to 10 years’ relevant working and sales experience in treasury sales covering Retail/Priority Banking segment.
- Strong aptitude for sales, business prospects management and deal closure.
- Extensive knowledge of financial markets products such as but not limited to Structured Products, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and Equities.
- Responsible for meeting assigned targets and contributing to Capital Markets Product Solutions (CMPS) budgets on Structured Notes, Fixed Income, Forex (FX) and Equities related products.
- Proactive engagement with Relationship Managers (RMs) in marketing Capital Markets Product Solutions (CMPS) products and enhancing business turnover and profitability.
- Strengthen retail clients’ customer base product penetration in the increasingly important Capital Markets Product Solutions (CMPS) product suite.
