Company Overview

  • Redstone Banking Search is working with a major UAE Bank that provides services across investments, corporates, private banking and more.
  • The bank is looking to hire an Institutional Sales Manager to join their growing Asset Management team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales activity with the Asset Management team aligning with priority client segments and product strategy.
  • Expand the banks coverage of institutional clients, increasing revenue streams.
  • Work with internal Corporate and Institutional Relationship Managers and the team more widely, particularly to increase identification of investment opportunities.
  • Report sales activity, client feedback and market intelligence to senior team members, while maintaining compliance, service standards and active participation in improvement initiatives.
  • Role reports to Head of Institutional Sales.

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • At least 7 years’ experience within investment from a Private Banking or Asset Management background.
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics or a similar field is required with CFA, or equivalent a strong plus.
  • Mindset and background of driving sales with ownership of engagement and processes needed.
  • Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Role is to be located in Dubai.
