About the Role

- Support proctorship logistics and coordination
- Liaise with the coordinator and Event team to ensure each event is secured from all aspects
- Provide on site support in preparation for robotic events
- Connect with the West Europa team and act as a liaison in the execution of collaborative robotic projects
Requirements
- Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Marketing, Paramedical Studies, Business, Project / Event Management or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
- Customer focused mindset
- Experience supporting event management activities (preferred)
- University coursework in human anatomy (preferred)

A Day in the Life
- As an Intern under the Training Academy’s leadership, you will support training and education initiatives in Robotic Assisted Surgery across the EMEA region.
- You’ll gain experience in planning, organizing, and executing training events, collaborating with customers on curriculum development, and tracking outcomes.

Internship details
- Start date: August / September 2026
- Work model: hybrid (2 3 days in the office)
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- Duration: 6 months with the possibility to extend
- Location: Riyadh
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
- Support proctorship logistics and coordination

Required Knowledge and Skills
