- Assist the end to end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Schedule interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support offboarding process, including employee documentation and resignation procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, leaves, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support HR operations and ensure timely completion of HR processes.
- Contribute to improving HR workflows by supporting ongoing projects and administrative initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management
- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel)
