- Excellent verbal/written communications skills
- Proven ability to create teams and attract talented store leaders
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Skills and Qualifications
- Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

- Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders.
Additional Information
- Work in a fragrance filled environment.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Bend and stretch to stock shelves.
Compensation
- Compensation ranges between CAD 54,800.00 CAD 68,500.00 annually.
- Eligible for performance based bonus opportunities and competitive benefits.
