Role overview
Join CC&L Financial Group in a global trade operations environment supporting portfolio managers and trade desks.
Work in a collaborative and solution-oriented team supporting pooled funds and segregated client mandates.
What you will do
- Support execution, processing, and settlement of debt securities, money market instruments, derivatives, and foreign exchange.
- Process transactions for pooled fund offerings and segregated client mandates.
- Work with trade desks to enable efficient trading within tight deadlines.
- Onboard new accounts, products, and counterparties in internal systems.
- Manage custodian and broker relationships to ensure timely settlement.
- Collaborate with systems and technology teams to automate and improve processes.
- Maintain and improve trade support processes, systems, and data to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
About you
- 2+ years of trade operations experience in asset management or a related field.
- Fixed income, derivatives, or foreign exchange experience is preferred.
- Relevant education and industry certifications.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful approach to resolving complex problems quickly.
