Role Overview
Join CC&L's London-based Trade Support Group within the Investment Resource Group.
Support all aspects of post-trade processing for client portfolios, with a focus on equities.
The team supports trade operations, settlement, client onboarding, and cross-functional projects.
What You Will Do
- Support the post-trade process from trade matching and allocation through transmission and settlement.
- Match trade allocations with brokers using a central trade-matching tool.
- Send trade allocations electronically to custodians and resolve trade breaks before settlement dates.
- Interact with brokers and custodians worldwide to facilitate settlement in more than 60 countries.
- Set up and maintain client settlement instructions.
- Assist with new client onboarding and cross-team projects.
- Assist with quarterly commission reporting and soft-dollar budgeting.
- Use technology and systems to maintain smooth post-trade operations focused on equities.
What You Bring
- Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of related work experience, preferably with an institutional money manager or similar organization.
