Role overview
CC&L is building a Constraints Governance capability within its Portfolio Compliance team.
The role will develop governance frameworks and improve processes, controls, workflows, and technology supporting investment restrictions.
The Manager will work with business stakeholders to design scalable governance processes and automation solutions.
What you will do
- Build and operationalize the Constraints Governance Framework across the investment constraint lifecycle.
- Develop expertise in investment constraint governance processes, workflows, and controls.
- Partner with Portfolio Compliance, Front Office, Product, Legal, and Operations teams on requirements and controls.
- Manage workflows for intake, interpretation, approval, coding, testing, implementation, and review of constraints.
- Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate inefficient or manual activities.
- Design workflow and automation solutions using Power Automate and other technologies.
- Gather business requirements and work with technology teams on system and process enhancements.
- Coordinate testing, implementation, and change management activities.
- Develop Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform reporting for operational and governance metrics.
- Maintain governance documentation, operating procedures, process maps, and supporting materials.
