Role Overview
CC&L Financial Group is seeking an Analyst, Quality Analytics to join its Process Engineering team.
The role is an individual contributor position focused on production analytics quality and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate performance, attribution, and risk analytics across multiple systems.
- Analyze data-quality exceptions and support timely resolution and signoff.
- Manage scheduled processes that calculate, save, and validate analytics.
- Identify process improvements that reduce manual effort and common points of failure.
- Improve analytics governance through scalable, automated, best-practice processes.
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate process risks and implement appropriate controls.
- Serve as an analytics expert and escalation point for process questions.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in finance, data science, or a quantitative field.
- A CFA, FRM, or similar relevant designation is an asset.
- Experience in data management, business process design, asset management, or a complex environment is an asset.
- Deep knowledge of data management or investment analytics and a record of delivering quality data on time.
- Strong problem-solving, judgment, independent working, and stakeholder communication abilities.
