About the role
Lead the Performance Attribution Solutions team supporting investment analytics, performance attribution, and data insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Work directly with affiliate investment teams, portfolio managers, traders, economists, researchers, sales and marketing, client service, compliance, operations, and technology partners.
Workplace
- The company operates on a hybrid model combining in-office and remote working days throughout the week.
What you will do
- Lead team development, onboarding, training, daily functional activities, workflow design, project delivery, and quality oversight.
- Partner with senior managers and affiliates to execute strategic objectives and deliver ad hoc projects.
- Serve as the primary analytics liaison across investment, operations, sales, and marketing teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational risk mitigation, cross-team alignment, platform rollout, data quality assurance, and analytics distribution tools.
What you bring
- At least 8 years of professional experience with investment analytics, preferably in investment management.
