About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave, and manpower records in ERP/manual logs
- Track late arrivals, absences, discrepancies, and follow up with staff and supervisors
- Prepare attendance, manpower, and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with site supervisors on manpower deployment and shift schedules
- Handle office correspondence, documentation, filing, and meeting coordination
- Support FM supervisors with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate with HR, procurement, PR, and other departments for materials, visas, gate passes, and logistics
- Track procurement requests and deliveries
- Manage employee accommodation records and room allocations in Dubai camp
- Address accommodation related concerns and supervise camp staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and local regulations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- 2–4 years’ experience in timekeeping, FM admin, or HR support
- ERP and MS Excel proficiency
- Strong coordination, reporting, and record keeping skills

Job Summary

- AED 2,500 AED 3,000 per month
