- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments
- Manage RAID configurations, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and server migrations
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and user access management
- Manage virtualization platforms and monitor overall infrastructure health
- Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, storage, and network security devices
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, and cloud based services
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Implement and maintain IT security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Align IT operational processes with ISO frameworks and support audit requirements
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain technical documentation, asset inventory, and system configurations
- Provide technical support to end users when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as IT Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
- Strong hands on experience with Windows Server Administration, Active Directory & Group Policies, Microsoft 365 & Azure, Virtualization (Hyper V/VMware), RAID, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Server Migration, Firewalls, Routers, Switches & Network Security, Storage Management
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Virtual Machines, and email administration is an advantage
- Knowledge of ISO frameworks and IT governance is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Summary

- AED 5,000.00 AED 6,000.00 per month
