Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to inquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment
- Refill stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies as needed
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed at all times
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory checks
- Promote menu items and recommend products to customers
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Summary
