Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the labor camp and ensure smooth camp management
- Maintain discipline among residents and ensure compliance with camp rules and company policies
- Coordinate worker transportation schedules with the relevant departments
- Prepare and maintain reports related to camp occupancy, maintenance, and incidents
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire safety regulations within the camp
- Coordinate with HR, Logistics, and Operations departments regarding room allocation and camp facilities
- Monitor the condition of accommodation and arrange maintenance as required
- Identify and coordinate alternative accommodation when necessary
- Address employee accommodation concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 5 years of experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar camp administration role
- Strong knowledge of labor camp management and UAE health and safety regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage

Job Summary
