Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Invoicing
- Experience in automotive showroom, vehicle leasing, or service centre operations
- ERP system experience (Odoo preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of UAE VAT regulations

About the Role
- Smart Mobility International (SMI) seeks a Billing & Accounts Receivable Executive for vehicle retail sales, Lease to Own contracts, and service centre operations.
- Ideal for candidates with strong accounting background, ERP experience (Odoo preferred), and automotive/leasing/fleet industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process vehicle sales invoices for retail deliveries.
- Process Lease to Own agreements including initial booking, down payment invoicing, and installment schedule setup.
- Ensure all invoices are VAT compliant with UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams for timely vehicle delivery and billing.
- Generate accurate service invoices for maintenance and repair jobs.
- Verify work orders, parts, and labour charges before invoicing.
- Coordinate with Service team to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Manage end to end AR process, monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances.
- Follow up with customers for collections and overdue payments.
- Prepare AR aging reports and collection status reports.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing queries.
- Support month end closing activities related to receivables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification or Master's degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Invoicing.
- Experience in automotive showroom, vehicle leasing, fleet management, or service centre operations highly preferred.
- Good understanding of lease contracts, installment billing, AR processes, collections, AR aging reports, and UAE VAT regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Pay
- AED 6,000 AED 7,000 per month
