- Maintain good relationship with clients and resolve complaints independently
- Lead sales to achieve the sales teamwork
- Complete sales targets independently
- Create marketing strategies and plan new product launches
- Carry out market research and provide information on opportunities
- Organize and attend events to meet new and existing clients
- Manage budgets and report on campaign effectiveness
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives' schedules
- Take responsibility for customers' payment
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer focused with a results driven mindset
- Valid driving license
- Age limit 22 – 34 years
- Multilingual Required (Iranian, Russian, Georgian)
- 2 4 years of automotive industry experience in UAE

Key Responsibilities
- Researching and analyzing African market trends and your target markets

Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role
