- Plan, launch, and manage TikTok advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness
- Create and execute performance marketing strategies to attract potential property buyers and investors
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high converting video advertisements and campaign creatives
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring
- Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS
- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve lead conversion rates
- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance
- Coordinate with sales teams to track lead quality and conversion rates
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager, audience targeting, pixel setup, and conversion tracking
- Experience in real estate, off plan property marketing, or high ticket sales industries is highly preferred
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
