Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and record all financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns accurately and within deadlines
- Track all property sales transactions and commission structures
- Calculate and verify agent commissions based on company policies
- Prepare monthly management reports and financial summaries
- Assist management with budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in UAE real estate
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and FTA compliance
- Experience preparing Profit & Loss Statements and financial reports
- Experience managing real estate commission calculations and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Odoo, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in English

Position
- We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Accountant to manage the company's financial operations and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and record all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process supplier payments and maintain payment schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns accurately and within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
- Maintain VAT records and support VAT audits when required.
- Verify VAT treatment on invoices, expenses, and revenue.
- Track all property sales transactions and commission structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and FTA compliance.
- Experience preparing Profit & Loss Statements and financial reports.
- Experience managing real estate commission calculations and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Odoo, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE real estate accounting experience.
- Knowledge of brokerage commission structures.
- Experience with payroll processing and WPS.
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
