- Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Coordinate internal and external audits

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA (preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in finance or accounting, including management experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and taxation
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities

Job Summary
- The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing an organization's financial health by managing budgeting, financial planning, reporting, cash flow, and compliance. This role supports strategic decision making by providing accurate financial analysis and ensuring effective financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
