Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads into successful property transactions.
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate.
- Conduct property viewings and project presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, homeowners, and developers.
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth transactions from inquiry to closing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions through the company's CRM.
- Attend developer events, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Mentor junior consultants whenever required and contribute to team success.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's off plan and secondary property market
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage

About the Role
- Habico Properties is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Senior Property Consultant (Arabic Speaker) to join our growing team.

- As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for building long term relationships with clients, generating sales, and providing expert guidance on off plan and secondary market properties.
