About the Role

  • Habico Properties is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Senior Property Consultant (Arabic Speaker) to join our growing team.
  • This role is ideal for an experienced real estate professional with a strong understanding of the Dubai property market and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for building long term relationships with clients, generating sales, and providing expert guidance on off plan and secondary market properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert qualified leads into successful property transactions.
  • Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate.
  • Conduct property viewings and project presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, homeowners, and developers.
  • Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth transactions from inquiry to closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions through the company's CRM.
  • Attend developer events, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Mentor junior consultants whenever required and contribute to team success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's off plan and secondary property market.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated with a strong sales mindset and customer focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.

  • From AED 1.00 per month (commission based)
