- Design, develop, and implement test hardware and software for production testing of new products
- Evaluate deadlines, goals and develop project schedules
- Design, develop, and implement solutions to improve test yields, reduce test time, increase capacity, minimize downtime, and optimize test/process flows
- Analyze and critique equipment designs/processes relative to market requirements, manufacturability, costs and technical requirements
- Identify technical and quality problems and determine alternatives
- Prepare and present technical reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering
- 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Hardware Testing Engineer
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Strong RF knowledge
- Ability to code programming languages

Job Description
- Design, develop and implement test hardware and software for production testing of new products.
- Evaluate deadlines, goals and develop project schedules.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions to improve test yields, reduce overall test time, provide for test capacity increases, minimize downtime, and optimize test/process flows.
- Analyzes and critiques equipment designs/processes relative to market requirements, manufacturability, costs and technical requirements.
- Identifies technical and quality problems, determines alternatives and evaluates them.
- Identifies need for, assesses and/or develops technical/process specification standards.
- Prepares and presents technical reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to code programming languages.
- Experience working in a Hardware or Software environment preferred.
- Strong RF knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of test systems Hardware and Software architecture preferred.
- Familiarity with UNIX, C & C++.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision preferred.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- 2 plus years of experience as a Software Engineer, or Hardware Testing Engineer required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
