- Shadow & Learn: Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mission critical IT and Radio systems
- Incident Support: Assist in tracking system performance and documenting incident resolutions
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with web, mobile, and middleware teams to understand complex technical workflows
- Documentation: Help prepare reports for customer meetings regarding service availability
- SLA Awareness: Learn how to monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Engineering or Computer Science
- Basic understanding of Networking, IT systems, or Wireless Communications
- Strong desire to learn mission critical technologies
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Arabic

Key Responsibilities
