Responsibilities
- Manage integration and validation activities of the Contractor
- Lead and supervise a team of discipline Engineers in commissioning
- Ensure completion of implementation in conformance with client needs and project standards
- Plan, organize, and supervise works within project schedule
- Liaise with Systems Engineering team for engineering support
- Coordinate with Operator, Civil Defense, and other third parties
- Approve testing and commissioning works
- Initiate risk assessment and recommend mitigation actions
- Attend final inspections and initiate handover certificates
- Review calibration of testing equipment
- Write Testing & Commissioning reports and documentation
- Ensure completion of training for maintenance staff and O&M manuals
Requirements
- Extensive experience in testing and commissioning of large scale projects
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills
- Strong knowledge of commissioning plans and test procedures
- Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation
