- Monitor implementation of the Projects’ Management System in compliance with corporate policies, international standards, and client requirements
- Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses and monitoring procedures
- Develop project specific Quality Plans as needed
- Monitor establishment of QA programs by service providers
- Conduct detailed audits to assess compliance with QA systems and procedures
- Identify and report quality issues or trends to Project Director and Area Manager
- Support implementation of corrective actions for quality issues
- Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes
- Provide input on project performance metrics and process improvements
- Train and motivate employees to ensure quality standards are met
Requirements
- Experience in quality assurance management, preferably in construction or project management
- Knowledge of international quality standards and client requirements
- Ability to develop and implement quality assurance plans
- Strong auditing and monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

- Develop project specific Quality Plans as a roadmap of project quality requirements.
- Monitor establishment of QA programs by service providers.
- Conduct detailed audits to assess compliance with QA systems, procedures, and related quality activities.
- Identify and report quality issues or trends to Project Director and Area Manager.
- Support implementation of appropriate corrective action to quality issues.
- Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
- Provide input on project performance metrics and process or procedural system improvements.
- Train and motivate employees to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager/supervisor.
Qualifications
- Senior level experience in quality assurance management.
- Knowledge of international quality standards and client requirements.
- Strong auditing and monitoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement quality assurance plans.
