- Propose and implement project management procedures to meet contract and client expectations
- Establish and maintain specific procedures for design and construction supervision management
- Prepare special reports for the Project Director/Manager, investigating and recommending solutions to service related issues
- Identify priorities, tasks, and organizational structure, providing clear direction to achieve project goals
- Define roles and responsibilities for the project management staff
- Attend executive and progress meetings, representing the project management team
- Monitor performance to ensure successful delivery of key performance indicators and client requirements
- Advise the Project Manager on potential variations in scope of work and their potential impact
- Assist the Project Director in assessing variations and claims, presenting technical assessments to the client
Requirements
- Senior level experience in engineering project management
- Experience in construction supervision management
- Ability to communicate regularly with client representatives
- Ability to prepare special reports and investigate service related issues
