- Ensure PMC procedures are approved and implemented by all staff
- Review contractor site organization, key personnel, and equipment
- Monitor site activities for quality, safety, and progress
- Lead PMC team in evaluating requests for information and contractor transmittals
- Oversee pre commissioning, commissioning, and final inspection
- Prepare and submit PMC closeout report
Requirements
- Experience in construction management for retail projects
- Knowledge of PMC procedures and contract requirements
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate with stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure PMC procedures are approved and implemented by all staff
- Carry out induction courses for PMC staff
- Review contractor site organization, key personnel CVs, and equipment
- Monitor contractor compliance with contractual obligations
- Conduct regular site visits for quality, safety, and progress monitoring
- Lead PMC team in evaluating requests for information
- Oversee pre commissioning and commissioning plans
- Lead final inspection and punch list preparation
- Review close out report and ensure as built drawings and manuals are submitted
- Prepare and submit PMC closeout report
Qualifications
- Experience in construction management for retail projects
- Knowledge of PMC procedures and contract requirements
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate with stakeholders
