- Lead the PMC site delivery/construction team for construction works
- Manage contractor performance, interface coordination, progress, risk, commercial and contractual matters
- Ensure compliance with approved program, design, quality, HSSE, cost and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with the Employer, Engineer, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
- Manage tasks related to Infrastructure from design stage through to execution and handover phases
- Review possible Infrastructure Package Procurement Strategies
- Ensure coordination between Design, Construction and Commercial disciplines
- Manage Construction Managers
- Review progress and adherence to Technical, Safety and Quality standards
- Ensure Quality Standards across all works are achieved
