About the Role
Elegant Qubes Group is seeking a Tender & Lead Generation Specialist to identify new business opportunities, manage tender submissions, and generate qualified leads. The role involves monitoring procurement portals, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliant submissions.

Responsibilities
- Identify new tender opportunities across UAE & GCC portals
- Monitor government and private procurement platforms daily
- Maintain and update CRM (MUS CRM or equivalent) with new leads
- Generate leads through networking, portals, and registrations
- Register company on new tender and procurement platforms
- Complete vendor prequalification submissions
- Maintain updated company profiles and compliance documents
- Review tender documents, drawings, and RFP requirements
- Coordinate with design, procurement, operations, and finance teams
- Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and commercial submissions
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all tender documents
- Handle client clarifications and post tender negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in tendering, Lead generation or business development
- Experience in exhibitions, interiors, events, or construction industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC tender portals and procurement systems
- Excellent attention to detail and deadline management
- Advanced MS Excel and CRM system experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment

Job Purpose
- Responsible for identifying, registering, and securing high value tenders, RFPs, and corporate opportunities.
- Combines business development, CRM pipeline management, and tender execution.
- Ensures all submissions are compliant, competitive, and submitted on time to maximize win ratio and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

- Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC tender portals and procurement systems
Key Skills & Competencies
