About the Role
Modern Pharmaceutical LLC seeks a Tender Executive to support the Head of Tender & Market Access in preparing tender documents and managing insurance reimbursement files with UAE payers.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit and follow up insurance and reimbursement files with UAE payers (DOH, Daman, Thiqa)
- Track reimbursement approvals, rejections and deductions; investigate root causes and drive resolution
- Collect tender documents, monitor closing dates, check stock availability, and arrange documents and samples for submission
- Ensure correctness of tender pages and bank guarantees and submit in time
- Manage clearance of overseas orders until communicated to institutional customers
- Analyze sales data and report to manager
- Develop dashboards to track orders and performance
- Support Head of Tender in handling and resolving complaints from institutional customers
- Analyze changes in prices and ensure prices are fully optimized
- Maintain good relations with clients to retain and grow business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / MBA
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Tender Department
- Exposure to insurance/reimbursement processes preferred
- Sound business data analytical skill / Financial and Numerical expertise
- Strong communication skills in English
- Arabic is a plus

Job Overview
- Tender Executive provides support to the Head of Tender & Market Access across the full tender and insurance reimbursement cycle.
- Prepares tender documents and readies them for submission to government and private tender bodies.
- Supports preparation, submission and follow up of insurance and reimbursement files across DOH / Daman / Thiqa payer landscape.
- Meets individual targets and assists in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares, submits and follows up insurance and reimbursement files with payers (DOH, Daman, Thiqa and other UAE insurers), ensuring correct coding, pricing and documentation.
- Tracks reimbursement approvals, rejections and deductions; investigates root causes and drives resolution to protect collection and margin.
- Provides regular updates on local commercial tenders and insurance/reimbursement status to the Manager.
- Monitors issuance of local tenders from government departments and private sectors.
- Collects tender documents, monitors closing date, checks stock availability, arranges relevant documents and tender samples for submission.
- Arranges tender offers and submits in time local, semi government, and overseas commercial tenders.
- Ensures correctness of all tender pages and bank guarantees and submits in time.
- Manages clearance of overseas orders until communicated to institutional customers.
- Updates regularly on local commercial tenders to the Manager.
- Analyzes sales data and reports to manager.
- Develops dashboard and tracks orders and performance.
- Supports Head of Tender in handling and resolving complaints from institutional customers.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA. Bachelor’s Degree in information technology is added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Tender Department, with exposure to insurance/reimbursement processes preferred.
- Sound business data analytical skill / Financial and Numerical expertise.
- Strong communication skills. Language requirements are English. Arabic is plus qualification.
