Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent field, preferably an MBA
- Minimum 2 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in oncology and rheumatology across UAE
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong business planning, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing key accounts in both private and government sectors
- Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare landscape

Job Overview
- The Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales team to achieve sustainable business growth, market share expansion, and customer excellence across the UAE.
- The role involves developing strategic customer partnerships, driving joint business planning with key accounts, coaching and developing a high performing team, and ensuring effective execution of commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Development & Joint Business Planning: Drive strategic partnerships with both government and private healthcare institutions to maximize brand uptake and market penetration.
- Identify key customers to develop & implement a joint business plan with the customer to achieve sales and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including oncologists, rheumatologists, pharmacists, hospital management, procurement teams, and healthcare decision makers.
- Report Competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities to safeguard the customer base and increase market share.
- Ensure all customer engagement activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Develop annual account plans, customer segmentation, and engagement strategies for key accounts.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Motivate and inspire team members through recognition, coaching, and leadership by example.
- Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to enhance team skills.
- Maintain the highest levels of product knowledge, personal development, quality standards, and business ethics.
- Identify training and development needs and implement individual development plans to strengthen team capabilities.
- Foster a high performance culture focused on accountability, customer excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent field, preferably an MBA.
- Minimum 2 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in oncology and rheumatology across UAE is a must.
